Used this to adapt my Makita 18V to work on a Milwaukee M18 Grease Gun. Works great with no problems.
In the UK and bought a Worx seed distributor on Amazon. Turns out it came from the US and my UK Worx batteries didn't fit. Looked at your site and from the description, took chance on your adaptor and great result! I can now use a machine that I thought was useless. PS I can't begin to understand the Worx logic of having incompatible batteries for their equipment!!
I love this adapter. I have dyson v8 vacuum and I wanted to use Ridgid battery with a v8 to DeWalt converter. It works with a 6ah battery very long time.
Works great. It fits a bit tight the first time. I was concerned about damage, but a good push fixed it!

The clip to hold the adaptor in the handle of the vacuum is difficult to latch, but otherwise it works great!

This is a very well engineered product. Installation took maybe a minute, and the Ridgid batteries can run the Dyson at high speed for longer than the original did. I 3d printed a hook to hang up the Dyson and did away with the big, rickety mount.
So now I have a Dyson with two 4 amp-hour batteries which have Ridgid's lifetime service agreement. It doesn't get any better.
Works great! A really tight fit to the tool, and marries up perfectly to the M18 batteries.

these things are fantastic. Also I got sent the incorrect DeWalt four pin configuration initially, and they very quickly sent me the right 5 pin adapter for my DeWalt.
